Childcare Manager Position

North Lanarkshire Council is an ambitious organisation, and we are seeking an experienced leader to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our early years practitioners in delivering high-quality services for children aged 2 to 5 years.
Main Tasks:- Develop and implement strategies to ensure staff have the necessary skills and competencies.
- SVQ4 or HND in Early Years and Childcare, and a professional qualification or equivalent level in a relevant discipline.
- A competitive salary range of £43,648 - £46,067 per year (full-time, 35 hours per week).
- Excellent benefits package, including 27 days annual leave and 6 public holidays.
