Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Early Years Manager to join our team in North Lanarkshire. As a key member of our Early Years leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of early childhood education and making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in early years education and childcare, with experience of working in a managerial role. They will be responsible for leading and managing a team of staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and competencies to deliver high-quality services to children aged 2-5 years.

Main Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support and direction to ensure that they meet their roles and responsibilities.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure that services meet the highest standards.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must hold a relevant qualification in early years education and childcare, such as an SVQ4 or HND. They must also have experience of working in a managerial role, preferably in an early years setting.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £43,648 - £46,067 per year, plus a range of benefits including 27 days annual leave and 6 public holidays. We are committed to providing opportunities for professional development and career progression, through our Learning Academy LearnNL.
