What We're Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Clinical Support Worker to join our team at NHS Lanarkshire.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, education, or social care and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals under the supervision of registered therapy staff.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.

Requirements

  • HNC in healthcare, education, or social care or SVQ III in healthcare, education, or social care or equivalent experience in a health, education, or social care environment.
  • Valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits, including a minimum of 27 days annual leave, a minimum of 8 days of public holidays, and membership of the NHS Pension Scheme.
