**Job Title:** North Lanarkshire Early Learning Manager

**Location:** Cumbernauld Village, North Lanarkshire

**Estimated Salary:** £45,000 - £48,000 per year

About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Early Learning Manager in North Lanarkshire. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and developing early years services, ensuring that staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 2 to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop early years teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and competencies to deliver high-quality services.
Requirements:

You must have a strong background in early years management, with experience of leading teams and managing budgets. You should also hold a relevant qualification such as SVQ4 or HND in Early Years and Childcare, and a professional qualification or equivalent level in a relevant discipline.
