Area Sales Manager for Formwork and Falsework Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated Area Sales Manager to join our team, responsible for stimulating demand for formwork and falsework equipment across the Leicester, Nottingham, Northamptonshire, and Lincolnshire regions.
About the RoleThis is a technical field sales position that requires a deep understanding of formwork and falsework solutions. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be tasked with proactively stimulating demand for equipment through end-users and main contractors (80% of your time) and reacting to established relationships within formwork and falsework sub-contractors (20% of your time).
You will inherit an area with existing potential and will be responsible for building it up to £750,000 in annual revenue. This will involve following up on Barbour ABI leads and industry contacts, as well as collaborating with a team of qualified engineers for technical support.
The ideal candidate will have experience in formwork or falsework technical field sales, with a strong background in hire industry knowledge. Contacts within formwork and falsework sub-contractors are desirable, but not essential. A mix of construction and engineering background is preferred, along with strong new business skills and an energetic drive to succeed.

This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000-£50,000 per annum, plus a performance-based bonus of £10,000-£15,000. Additionally, you will receive a hybrid car allowance or £500 per month, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
