Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Regional Sales Professional to join our team as an Area Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients within the Formwork & Falsework sector.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales revenue;
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships through exceptional customer service and tailored solutions;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of projects;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge;
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or account management within the Construction industry;
  • Strong understanding of the Formwork & Falsework sector and its key players;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving results;
  • Competitive salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience.
