We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Director to join our team at Reel Recruit. This exciting opportunity is based in the North Midlands, and as a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in this dynamic market.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in field sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will be expected to develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the regional market, building strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Your expertise in identifying trends, evaluating competition, and spotting potential growth opportunities will be crucial in driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Visits: Regularly visit mid-market clients to discuss their needs and present payment solutions.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through self-sourcing, referrals, and building a network of introducers.
- Diary Management: Effectively manage your diary to plan daily client meetings and optimize time usage.
- Cold Calling: Utilize cold calling and other proactive methods to generate new leads and arrange meetings.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and evaluate competition.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the regional market in collaboration with the sales team.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term commitment.
- Industry Events: Attend industry events to expand your network and stay updated on industry trends.
- Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and stay competitive.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and overall performance.
Compensation Package:
This role offers a competitive salary, estimated to be around £65,000 per annum, along with uncapped on-target earnings (OTE) based on performance. A car allowance or company car option is also available to support travel needs, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package including pension, healthcare, and opportunities for professional development.
