We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to join our team at a Supported Living Home for Adults with Learning Disabilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Providing high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities
- Assisting residents with daily living activities
- Encouraging independence and promoting well-being
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
**Requirements:**
- Must be able to drive with access to own car
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
