Sensory Support Worker

We're seeking a motivated and caring Support Worker to join our Community Service team in Llandrindod Wells, Welshpool, Powys.
About the RoleThis is a part-time opportunity, with hours available to suit up to 20 hours per week. The service operates Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm, and occasional out-of-hours support may be required.
You will provide a customized, responsive, and high-quality service to individuals with multiple sensory impairments, physical, and/or learning disabilities who use Sense services.
Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with everyday tasks, such as cooking and cleaning.
- Accompany individuals to appointments and handle finances.
- Take individuals on community trips for shopping or other activities.
- Assist individuals in participating in activities they enjoy for an active social life.
