Forensic Healthcare Clinical Lead Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Forensic Clinician to lead our clinical services team in the custody suites. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all clinical services are delivered to the required standards of clinical care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and support to the team to deliver high-quality clinical services
- Work closely with the Medical Director and Contract & Partnership Managers to ensure compliance with national guidance and contractual requirements
- Participate in the consultant on-call rota and be accountable for clinical matters to the Medical Director
- Accountable for operational and people management matters to the Contract & Partnership Manager
Requirements:
- Extensive clinical forensic experience over several years
- Level 6 Qualification or accredited to level 6 from relevant experience
- Full membership of the NMC/HCPC with no restrictions on practice
- Appropriate Forensic Medical post-graduate qualification
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
