Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Support Worker to join our Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs. The service is located in a picturesque area and supports adults aged between 18 - 65.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage independence and support individuals to make their own choices.
  • Ensure the safety of the service users.
  • Follow care plans for each individual.
  • Take service users out into the community.
  • Participate in arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips.
  • Varying levels of personal care.

Requirements:

  • No experience is required.
  • Must be resilient.
  • Drivers are essential due to the location.
  • Candidates must be happy to do personal care.
