The School seeks a skilled and organized individual to support the Operations department. As an Office Administrator, you will provide essential assistance across various departments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The role is ideal for candidates with high-level organizational and administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Information Systems: Assist the Information Systems Team Leader in maintaining information systems, such as markbooks, data entry, and user account management.
  2. Website Administration: Monitor events calendars, schedule content publishing, and manage document systems.
  3. Co-curricular Support: Provide administrative assistance for clubs and activities, including sign-ups, membership changes, and termly charges.
  4. Scheduling and Logistics: Support event setup, tracking reply forms, and data validation.
  5. Admissions: Assist with data entry, recruitment checks, and tour preparations.
  6. General Administration: Perform tasks such as locker allocation, timetable production, and ad-hoc report templates.

The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week, approximately 34 weeks per year (term time), plus 8 weeks outside of term time. Salary: £23,550-25,362 per annum, paid in 12 equal monthly instalments. St John's College School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
