Enterprise Recruitment Ltd is currently looking for an experienced Junior Office Coordinator to join their dynamic team. The role involves providing administrative support to the office manager and assisting with various office duties.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and be able to work effectively as part of a small team. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in calculating percentages.

Responsibilities
  1. Preparing orders for shipping and coordinating deliveries
  2. Processing purchase orders and invoicing customers
  3. Updating and maintaining the internal product tracking system
  4. Booking travel arrangements, including itineraries for general customer trips and exhibitions
  5. Processing supplier invoices

Key Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of office applications
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
  • Capacity to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
