We are currently recruiting for an HR Support Specialist to join our team in Kent. As an HR Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our HR department.
About the Role- You will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, general HR administration duties, and ensuring the smooth running of our team.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential in this role.
This is a great opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders, handle sensitive information discreetly, and meet tight deadlines. You will also have the chance to develop your skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the HR department
- Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing and screening candidates
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of HR administration tasks
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
- A competitive hourly rate of £15-18
- Flexibility to work from home and occasional travel to Deal and other East Kent locations
