### Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Rewards Operations Advisor to join our payroll support and HR Administration team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing a broad range of payroll-related transactions, providing customer-focused support to colleagues, and producing important HR correspondence.

### Key Responsibilities

- Process payroll-related transactions from internal stakeholders, including detached duty, on-time payments, memberships, and court orders.
- Process time-related transactions from internal stakeholders, such as overtime, shift changes, and sickness.
- Complete transactions in relation to all HR administration activities, including references, solicitors' letters, and flexible benefits platform support.
- Maintain e-pay tools, provide first-line support, and manage relationships with external e-payslip providers.

### Typical Requirements

- Experience in a payroll environment, with a focus on payroll data input and handling payroll queries.
- Knowledge of PAYE, SMP, SPP, SSP, Student Loans, Pensions, and other deductions.
- Experience with computerized payroll systems, such as SAP.
- Proven customer service experience, with a logical approach to completing tasks and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with a flexible approach to work.
