About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Veterinary Surgeon to lead our team at GLG Vets in Eccleston. This role offers the chance to provide top-quality veterinary care and treatment to a variety of animals in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional veterinary care and treatment to animals.
  • Conduct routine check-ups, surgeries, and emergency care as required.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each patient.
  • Collaborate with our dedicated team of veterinary nurses and support staff.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the clinic during your shifts.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Veterinary degree (MRCVS or equivalent).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in routine and emergency veterinary care is preferred.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Working Arrangements

This is a full-time position working 39 hours per week over 4 days. Weekend arrangements are flexible, with options for either half or full weekends.
