Veterinary Care Lead

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our veterinary team at GLG Vets.
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional veterinary care and treatment to a diverse range of animals.
- Conduct routine check-ups, surgeries, and emergency care as required to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each patient.
- Work collaboratively with our team of experienced veterinary nurses and support staff.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic during working hours.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Veterinary degree (MRCVS or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in both routine and emergency veterinary care is highly valued.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest veterinary techniques and best practices.
Terms and Conditions:
- This is a full-time position working 39 hours per week over 4 days.
- Weekend shifts will either be half weekends or full weekends, depending on your preference.
