Specialist Motor Finance is a UK-based company established in 2014, providing financial support and multiple payment options to customers with hire purchase agreements who may not have been offered finance by mainstream lenders.

The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Chester Business Park. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Managing Director and contribute to delivering good customer outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage all day-to-day aspects of the office and facilities, ensuring a smooth operation and high level of service to employees and visitors.
  • Liaise with facility management companies, cleaning services, reactive works, pest control, and soft service maintenance to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Be responsible for ordering stationery, business cards, marketing materials, postal supplies, kitchen supplies, and consumables, maintaining competitive prices and stock levels.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) data, licenses, and employee files.
  • Arrange internal training sessions, PAT testing, fire extinguisher testing, and annual summer and Christmas parties.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Able to commute to Chester Business Park 5 days per week.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with HR administration systems.
