We are seeking a highly motivated Facilities and Infrastructure Coordinator to join our team at the Port of Great Yarmouth. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the management of the asset base and information using the SAP EAM system, providing key user support, and ensuring adherence to internal compliance and external legislation.

The role involves working closely with other departments to plan and create robust preventative maintenance plans, ensuring schedules are in line with operational demands and business asset strategy. You will also be responsible for supporting the development of the wider team and ensuring the achievement of engineering KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an Engineering role, ideally gained in a heavy engineering sector, and the ability to manage a small team of skilled engineers. They will also have demonstrable experience of planning and delivering effective asset management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the management of the asset base and information using the SAP EAM system.
  • Providing key user support and ensuring adherence to internal compliance and external legislation.
  • Working closely with other departments to plan and create robust preventative maintenance plans.
  • Supporting the development of the wider team and ensuring the achievement of engineering KPIs.

The salary for this position is £47,500 per annum, which is reflective of the skills and experience required for the role. We offer a range of benefits, including 27 days holiday plus bank holidays, family private medical insurance, and access to flexible benefits.
