About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Operations Specialist to join our team at DCT Recruitment. This exciting opportunity will see you oversee installation projects from planning to execution, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Management:
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Installation Oversight:
  • Supervise the installation of machinery and equipment, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of installation processes and equipment specifications.
Safety Compliance:
  • Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations and standards, conducting regular audits and risk assessments.
Budget Management:
  • Monitor project expenses and financial performance, providing regular reports to management.
Problem-Solving:
  • Address any issues that arise during installation or operation, developing effective solutions to minimize downtime.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of machinery and installation processes, with experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of safety and quality control standards, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
