Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and be able to ensure that the highest standards of quality are maintained in all aspects of our catering operations.

Job DescriptionThis role will involve ensuring that our menus are up-to-date and that our kitchen and service areas are always clean and well-stocked. You will also be responsible for managing our culinary teams and ensuring that they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and will be able to demonstrate their knowledge of food safety, health and safety, and COSHH regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the preparation and presentation of meals to the highest standard
- Maintain accurate records of menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen cleanliness
- Supervise and train staff to maintain high levels of customer service and quality control
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A passion for food and customer service
- Previous experience in a senior management role within the hospitality or catering industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety, health and safety, and COSHH regulations
