Job Title: Construction Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Watkin Jones Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create, maintain, and review comprehensive project programmes and schedules
* Oversee and manage project timelines, ensuring each phase is completed on time and within budget
* Collaborate closely with site teams, project managers, engineers, architects, and design managers to align on project objectives
* Produce critical path progress reports, forecasts, and plans for internal teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

* Proven experience in construction planning, ideally within PBSA, BTR, or similar sectors
* Proficient in ASTA construction project management software, with a strong understanding of critical path analysis
* A meticulous approach to planning and documentation, ensuring nothing is overlooked
