About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Project Planning and Management: Create and manage project schedules, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Risk Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the success of the project.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to develop and implement project plans that adhere to company standards and protocols.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Strong Project Management Skills: Proven experience in managing complex projects from conception to completion.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Industry Standards: Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in construction management.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits to support your career growth and well-being.
