Project Planning Specialist

This exciting opportunity is for a skilled Construction Planner to join our dynamic team at Watkin Jones, where you will be responsible for the successful delivery of our PBSA and BTR projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction planning, proficiency in ASTA software, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain detailed project programmes and schedules
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present regular project updates to internal stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction planning within the PBSA or BTR sectors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £65,000 per annum (pro-rata)
