Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Refurbishment Specialist to join our team at Watkin Jones. As a key member of our refurbishment arm, you will be responsible for driving and delivering multiple projects with a value of up to £5 million.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in contract management and project management, specifically in the construction industry, with a focus on refurbishment projects ranging from £1m to £20m. You will play a pivotal role in negotiating, drafting, reviewing, and managing business contracts, ensuring that terms and conditions are beneficial for the company.

You will lead bid management efforts, ensuring successful tenders by overseeing the preparation of bids and managing project programmes. Managing multiple refurbishment projects, you will create detailed plans, budgets, and timelines while monitoring schedules and budgets throughout the process.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including discretionary annual bonus, health cash plan, life insurance, and more.
