About the Role

We are seeking a Precision Project Coordinator to join our team at Watkin Jones Group. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects by creating, maintaining, and updating detailed project programmes and schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain detailed project programmes and schedules.
  • Oversee and manage project timelines, collaborating closely with site teams and stakeholders.
  • Produce critical path progress reports and forecasts.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in construction planning, ideally within PBSA, BTR, or similar sectors.
  • Proficient in ASTA construction project management software.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes a discretionary annual bonus, health cash plan, life insurance, and more.
