Business Development Specialist

Join our dynamic team as a Recruitment Consultant and take advantage of this exciting opportunity. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing client portfolios through Business Development and New Business Sales.
About the Job:You will work collaboratively with our in-house Talent Acquisition team to ensure that roles are recruited for in an effective manner. Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry associations.
Salary and Benefits:We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will enjoy a Monday to Friday role (8am to 5pm), with every 2nd Friday off, plus 19 days holiday + bank holidays rising every year after two years of service, and your birthday off on us.
