Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Programmer to join our team at Watkin Jones Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in construction planning, preferably within PBSA, BTR, or similar sectors. They should be proficient in ASTA construction project management software and possess a strong understanding of critical path analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating, maintaining, and updating detailed project programmes and schedules
  • Overseeing and managing project timelines, collaborating with site teams, project managers, engineers, architects, and design managers
  • Producing critical path progress reports, forecasts, and plans for internal teams and stakeholders
  • Identifying potential project risks and developing effective mitigation strategies

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience. In addition to a contributory pension scheme, company car or allowance, and exclusive shopping discounts, we also offer 25 days of annual leave (increasing with tenure), flexible working from home, and discounted gym memberships.
