Floor Layer

Our client is one of the largest property services companies inthe Northwest.

Due to a busy workload, they are recruiting for a multi-skilled floor layer to carry out work in the St Helens/Warrington area on responsive repairs.

Job
To carry out complex maintenance and construction activities in a core craft discipline and to be suitably qualified and proficient in at least one other of the following trades Joinery, Plumbing, Plastering, Tiling in order to complete projects to the satisfaction of customers, clients, manager or other nominated designate.

To be considered
- Have an NVQ or equivalent in Joinery, plastering, plumbing or tiling
- To be able to carry out floorlaying tasks such as vinyl flooring.
- Experience working within the social housing sector
- Experience using a PDA (tablet)

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Merseyside: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Floor laying: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
