We are seeking a Business Growth Executive to join our team as a Business Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, industry-leading provider that delivers best-in-class services to mid and large enterprise clients.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 + up to £20,000 OTE + uncapped commission, offering a competitive package and opportunities for advancement. In this role, you will work in a hybrid environment, supporting the company's Account Directors by booking meetings and generating leads.

You will actively prospect C-level clients, learn from and shadow experienced colleagues, and develop relationships by building trust with key stakeholders. Previous experience in building relationships with senior stakeholders and winning business through consultative sales approaches is required.
