Senior Business Growth Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Growth Executive to drive the growth of our UK market. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing sales strategies to drive market expansion.
Sales Cycle Management
As a key member of our team, the National Commercial Development Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, including engaging with C-suite executives and key stakeholders. The role will require strong relationship-building skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive UK market growth.
- Manage end-to-end sales, engaging C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
- Establish strategic partnerships with fintechs, money transfer companies, and financial institutions.
- Address customer needs, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
- Collaborate on new service introductions, aligning with market needs.
- Attend events and source leads while providing sales performance reports.
- Maintain accurate CRM records to track sales activity and outcomes.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in Payments, Fintech, or Financial Services, ideally in B2B sales for money remittance or PSPs.
- Degree in Business, Economics, Management, or equivalent.
- CRM proficiency, adaptability, team collaboration, attention to detail, and relationship-building abilities.
- English fluency; Spanish is a plus.
