FM Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
The successful candidate will oversee office communications and documentation, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery. This includes organizing and coordinating meetings for senior leadership, driving progress on key project initiatives, and recording and distributing accurate meeting minutes. Additionally, the FM Operations Coordinator will manage the diaries of multiple senior team members, ensuring smooth scheduling and prioritization. This role requires strong administration experience within the Facilities Management field, excellent communication skills, and proficiency using MS Excel. The ideal candidate will be able to ensure compliance with performance reporting, health and safety regulations, insurance requirements, and employment laws. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
