**Job Title**: Guest Services Supervisor

**Position Overview**: The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all visitors to Peak Wildlife Park have a memorable, positive experience from arrival to departure. This role involves overseeing the guest services team, addressing guest inquiries and feedback, and enhancing the overall guest experience at the park.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Team Leadership:

- Supervise, train, and guide the guest services team to ensure efficient and friendly service.

Guest Experience:

- Proactively address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints.
- Gather feedback from guests to continuously improve their park experience.

Operational Efficiency:

- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the guest services department, including ticketing, information dissemination, and guest assistance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences across the park.

Training & Development:

- Coordinate regular training sessions for the guest services team to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated on park events, exhibits, and policies to provide accurate information to guests.

Health & Safety:

- Ensure the safety and well-being of guests by upholding park regulations and guidelines.
- Assist in emergency situations, coordinating with security and medical teams as necessary.

Reporting:

- Provide regular reports to management on guest feedback, team performance, and departmental metrics.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest actionable solutions.

**Qualifications**:
1. Prior experience in a guest services or customer service role, with supervisory experience being essential.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and professionalism.

5. Knowledge of best practices in customer service and guest experience.

6. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

**Work Environment**:
The Guest Services Supervisor will be actively involved in the daily operations at Peak Wildlife Park. This role requires direct interaction with visitors, hands-on supervision, and collaboration with various departments. Due to the nature of park operations, weekend, holiday, and bank holiday work will be expected.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
