Job Title: Customer Service Liaison Specialist
Location: London
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum + company car and fuel card or car allowance

We are seeking a Customer Service Liaison Specialist to play a key role in maintaining effective communication with residents in social housing properties across London during construction projects. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with a one-hour lunch break.

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting communications related to access, work delays, changes in project scope, and addressing any issues that arise. They will respond to residents' questions and concerns through email, phone, or in-person home visits. Additionally, they will attend coffee mornings with the Foreperson to discuss upcoming construction activities and collect and record Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by gathering project booklets upon completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and has strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and be comfortable with regular driving.
