Customer Service Liaison Specialist

At Metro Bank Plc, our priority is to provide exceptional support to individuals who have experienced a loss. As a Customer Service Liaison Specialist, you will be responsible for handling the accounts of deceased customers with care and professionalism.
We are committed to ensuring that all documentation is obtained in accordance with regulatory requirements and Metro Bank procedures before closing accounts and distributing funds accordingly. Your role will involve providing a compassionate and professional service, supporting resolution of complex queries and tasks where appropriate, and managing core deliverables such as distributing funds to next of kin.

Additionally, you must be able to remain professional and composed when resolving complex customer queries or handling complaints.
