As a UK Customer Liaison Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating customer enquiries from quotation through to delivery, liaising with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met, and ensuring commercial expectations are delivered within defined parameters.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met, and deliver high-quality customer service across all channels. You will be required to receive and coordinate customer enquiries, liaise with internal departments, and ensure commercial expectations are delivered within defined parameters.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a demanding customer-facing environment. You should also have a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience, plus benefits such as a pension scheme and opportunities for career development.
