Job Summary:
This is an exciting graduate programme designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to succeed in a business management role. You will have the opportunity to work across various aspects of our business, including management, leadership, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop key management skills, including rostering, reporting, and team leadership
• Apply these skills in a real-world setting, gaining hands-on experience and comprehensive training from senior management

About You:
To be successful in this programme, you should have or be on course for a 2:1 degree in business, management, or a related field. Alternatively, if you have studied other disciplines but have a strong interest in business and care management, we encourage you to apply.

You must possess excellent communication and written skills, be organised, have strong time management skills, and be able to articulate your ideas effectively. A full driving licence is also essential.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is £28,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for career development and progression.
