About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Compliance Oversight Programme, ensuring that our UK operations remain compliant with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Programme Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive Compliance Oversight Programme, encompassing risk assessment, monitoring, and testing.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments and contribute to the analysis and interpretation of regulations applicable to our UK business.
  • Training and Education: Identify training needs and deliver Compliance training and education to relevant staff within our organisation.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate Compliance policies and key requirements to staff, develop and implement Compliance standards and procedures, and participate in client due diligence responses.
Requirements
  • Proven Compliance Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in Compliance, Risk Management, or Audit.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the regulatory environment applicable to our UK business.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
