Programme Coordinator

Edinburgh International Book Festival is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Programme Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the Programme team, you will provide administrative support across Adult and Children's programmes.
- Maintaining accurate participant and book records
- Assisting with invitations and event mailings
- Ensuring key programme milestones are met across the department
You will act as a central point of liaison internally and externally, responding to queries promptly and nurturing relationships with authors, publishers, chairpersons, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities include supporting with venue preparation, event coordination, and delivery on site during the festival.
We require someone with extensive administrative experience, preferably within a creative environment, and computer literacy – including Microsoft Office, Teams, Monday.com, and databases.
A confident presentation and interpersonal skills, including the ability to adapt communication to a diverse range of stakeholders, are essential. Organisational skills, with an ability to plan and prioritise to meet deadlines, are also crucial.
