Talent Acquisition Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Graduate Programme Coordinator.

Your key responsibilities will include recruiting graduates and school leavers for our trainee programmes, delivering excellent service to applicants, and leading Virtual Assessment Centres.

You will also be expected to provide high-quality communications to create a positive candidate experience, with a focus on ensuring an efficient and high-quality recruitment process.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders via email, phone, MS Teams, and in-person.

This permanent role offers a range of benefits, including hybrid and flexible working, 26 days holiday, and lifestyle benefits.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
