Executive Programme Manager

Venesky-Brown, a renowned public sector consultancy in Edinburgh, is seeking an experienced Programme Director to spearhead the successful delivery of their Business Improvement Programme.
This leadership role entails day-to-day management of the Programme, preparing and controlling all Programme documentation and reporting, and providing strategic guidance to the Chief Executive and Executive Team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading change and business improvement, with strong leadership behaviours and a flexible mindset. They will be comfortable coaching and mentoring colleagues and will have experience of project work and working to tight deadlines.
This is a hybrid working role, requiring at least three days per week in the Edinburgh office.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the successful delivery of the Business Improvement Programme
- Day-to-day leadership and management of the Programme
- Preparing and controlling all Programme documentation and reporting
- Providing advice and guidance to the Chief Executive and Executive Team
- Helping to embed an increased focus on delivery and outcomes through the organisation's Project Management Office
