We're excited to announce our Retail Leaders Graduate Programme, focused on developing leadership skills and store operations expertise.

  • Master the art of management in our stores, developing leadership skills and experience.
  • Gain hands-on knowledge across departments, from sales to supply chain.
  • Work closely with our Store Support Centre to drive business success.

Salary: £36,000 - £41,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for driving business success, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and making data-driven decisions.

Your Path to Success

  • Take on a Team Manager appointment within 12 months, where you'll lead a team and drive sales growth.
  • Immerse yourself in day-to-day operations, understanding store routines and processes.
  • Gain insight into Supply Chain and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
