Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Leadership Role candidate to join our team at Leonardo. As a key member of our operations leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our manufacturing activities and resources to deliver high-quality products on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement effective production strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, functional teams, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations leadership or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise resource planning systems.
