About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Retail Team Leader to join our team at Edinburgh Airport. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team's skills. You will work closely with the Bureau Manager to achieve business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the branch.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of sales staff to achieve business objectives
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve branch performance and achieve business objectives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire your team. You should also have experience in a similar retail environment, preferably in the travel or financial services sector. The estimated annual salary for this role is £37,500, based on the UK national average salary for a retail team leader.
