Store Manager Leadership Role

As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you will be responsible for leading our store team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. This role requires a strong leadership style, with the ability to motivate and develop your team members. You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and ensure that the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
