Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to lead our store team at Lidl. As a key member of the store leadership, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving business objectives, and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, leading by example, and making informed decisions to drive results in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be confident in your ability to manage cash processes, monitor stock integrity, and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic
  • Monitor and control cash processes and stock levels
  • Make informed decisions to drive sales growth and improve profitability
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members


Salary and Benefits: The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £42,000 - £50,000 per annum, 30-35 days holiday (pro rata), 10% in-store discount, pension scheme, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
