Head of Product

Sanderson is revolutionizing the Pet & Travel Insurance industry, and we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take on a leadership role.

As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for driving strategy, development, and performance of the product portfolio. This is a key leadership position that requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full P&L for the product lines, ensuring profitability while maintaining competitive pricing and customer value.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Implement and manage price changes, ensuring they are customer-centric and based on market trends, competitor insights, and financial objectives.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in product management, preferably within general insurance.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing P&L, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
  • Ambition and drive to take your career to the next level.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage insurance products from concept to execution.
