As a key member of the AMS CWS team, we are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Head of Infrastructure. This position will be based in a hybrid work environment and will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of our infrastructure and network.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Driving Advances in Technologies and Architectures: Develop and implement strategies to increase the value delivered by technology and digital capabilities.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and report on performance within the department or area of responsibility.
  • Operational Compliance: Ensure that business activities within the area of responsibility comply with relevant external regulatory and/or voluntary codes and with internal policies and procedures to minimize business risk and to protect the reputation of the organisation.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and/or deliver elements of a strategic planning system with guidance from senior colleagues.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Ability and credibility to lead and guide both in-house and third-party teams, including offshore teams.
