Programme Delivery Specialist:

We are looking for an experienced Programme Delivery Specialist to join our team in Edinburgh. This is a fixed-term contract role lasting 18 months, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and supporting growth within a specific business area.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate existing operational processes to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Conduct detailed financial analyses to forecast the impact of increased business levels on staffing and resources.
  • Develop strategies to maximise revenue opportunities while ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with teams across departments to prepare for potential growth and operational changes.
  • Partner with clients to understand their needs and align contract terms for mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Analyse and report on financial performance, margins, and resource allocation to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Implement process improvements in contract management, procurement, and operational workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with charity policies, legal standards, and best practices throughout contract management.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably with a professional qualification in project management.
  • Strong background in reviewing operational processes, including financial analysis, commercial forecasting, and negotiation.
  • Excellent analytical skills to evaluate the commercial impact of changes and growth initiatives.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
