Job Overview

A.C. Whyte & Co. Ltd is seeking a seasoned Site Manager to lead our housing sector projects, delivering high-quality results within tight programme timescales.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full end-to-end delivery of project programmes, ensuring compliance with business standards and processes.
  • Supervise multiple trades, fostering a culture of 'Quality as Standards' and driving site operations towards excellence.
  • Maintain strong communication with onsite teams, providing clear direction and promoting adherence to company guidelines.
Requirements

We require a candidate with:

  • No less than 5 years of experience in site management roles.
  • A valid SMSTS Training Certificate.
  • A CSCS Card.
  • A current First Aid Certificate.
  • CISRS certification.
  • A full UK Driving License.
  • Proven leadership skills and a driven attitude.
Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
